Passivhaus certifier
The RIBA Passivhaus Overlay, published by the RIBA in 2022, defines a Passivhaus certifier as: ‘An accredited independent third party employed to review the design and quality assurance measures undertaken by the project team. Upon satisfactory completion a building can be certified.’
